76th REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION AT XAVIER’S NEVTA

St. Xavier’s School Nevta Jaipur commemorate 76th Republic Day with a vibrant assembly filled with patriotic performances, thought-provoking speeches and a renewed pledge to uphold the principles of the Indian Constitution. Dignitaries of the school Rev Fr Arul Antony SJ Vice Principal, Respected SrLeeda Dsouza SCCCG,  and the Chief Guest Ma’am Ranjana Paniger along with all coordinators were welcomed and felicitated at the outset of the program. The day began with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem by the school choir. Students from various grades presented a captivating array of cultural programs including traditional dances, patriotic songs, and poetry recitations, showcasing the rich diversity of India.

The theme of the assembly focused on “Constitutional Values and Our Responsibility,” prompting students to reflect on their role in building a better nation. The Chief Guest in her address reflected a sense of pride in being the proud citizen of this great nation. She recollected the inspiring saga of sacrifices and hardships that all our freedom fighters went through to let us breathe this independent air. She urged us to value the spirit of our constitution makers by following our respective duties diligently. The Vice Principal Rev  Fr Arul Antony SJ addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of Republic Day quoting the reference of the Preamble of Indian Constitution which focuses on equality and removing the barriers and disparities of discrimination and division. Beautiful examples were quoted to describe the beauty of the Indian Constitution. He inspired everyone to stay away from unnecessary conflicts. The program culminated with a vote of thanks rendered by  Mr. Manoj Jain who thanked everyone for their valuable contribution and support.
